You gave it your all, but found yourself saying, “My best isn’t good enough,” when it didn’t turn out the way you had hoped. You gave the next project your best shot, but the results were not quite what you were expecting.  This can happen to the best of us! We carry on wondering if it will change, hoping it will be different, expecting it to change.


Over a period of time, we can begin to believe that whatever we put our hands to just doesn’t make the mark of our expectations.  Will we really get over our unconscious belief that tells us, “No matter how hard I try, it is never really good enough,”?


“I’m not good enough.”

“It’s just not good enough.”

Or even, “My best isn’t good enough.”


I saw this in my daughter while she studied for a science test.  What I noticed as she studied is what a lot of women do. Something that keeps them from having it all in life and business.  It keeps you from moving past struggle and mediocrity. Keeps you bound in chains.
